Feast of Tabernacles 2021 – Israeli Guest Night

Sukkot or Sukkoth (Succos) is again around us to bring us a Festival of Ingathering.

The days are sometimes going so fast that before we know it we are already facing another special time of the year and one of the last of the Biblical Fall Feast. It’s celebrated in the 7th month on the 15th day of the month to the 21st day of the 7th month on the Biblical calendar. On the Gregorian Calendar 2021 these dates are September 21st – 27th (In Israel Monday 20-. 27 September). The 7th month on the Biblical calendar is also known by its Babylonian name Tishri.

Every day is a day to honour the Most Highest, but from the evening of September 22-29 we will have daily worship services along with several Bible studies throughout the Feast.

Sukkot, the Feast of Booths, is considered one of the happiest times in the Jewish calendar and comes out 15 days after the Jewish new year and five days after Yom Kippur. At the end of Summer, the farmers have started to cut the grains and to make the best of the harvest. Normally seven days after that the farmers have gathered in their corn and their wine there is reason to rejoice in your feast. This year was very cold and wet, and the corn is still very small and at some places even becoming black. Though having had all those wet days and flooding we shall not let our heads down., As written in the Scriptures we shall call our sons and our daughters, but also our servants (if we have them), but also think of strangers in the neighbourhood, refugees as well as the lonely ones.

We always may find good reason to have a feast for the Elohim, but now we have seven days that we shall keep a solemn feast to the Bore, Jehovah our God. We share with those around us our happiness and conviction that our God shall bless us in all our increase, and in all the works of our hands. Therefore we shall surely rejoice.

(Maftir) 13 “You are to keep the festival of Sukkot for seven days after you have gathered the produce of your threshing-floor and winepress. 14 Rejoice at your festival — you, your sons and daughters, your male and female slaves, the L’vi’im, and the foreigners, orphans and widows living among you. 15 Seven days you are to keep the festival for Adonai your God in the place Adonai your God will choose, because Adonai your God will bless you in all your crops and in all your work, so you are to be full of joy!
(Deuteronomy 16:13-15 Complete Jewish Bible)

Historically, Sukkot was the holiday on which Judaic people from all nations pilgrimaged to Jerusalem (called an aliyah leregel – ascending by foot), with fruits and other gifts to offer as sacrifices in the temple, commemorating the 40 years of wandering the Israelites underwent in the desert on their way to Canaan, the promised land.
For the past three decades, thousands of Christians from around the world also have come to Jerusalem every fall to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles, sponsored by the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem.

The Feast, which is a huge statement of solidarity with Israel, includes the traditional Israeli Guest Night, an event opened to thousands of Israelis to enjoy a musical program geared towards a Jewish audience. Israelis can enjoy their first experience in the new arena along with their Christian friends from around the world, featuring special performances by Israeli and foreign artists.

When you, like me are not able to go to Israel , make this week one full of music and shared blessings.

  1. How the Chaggim separate and distinguish the system & rule of law within a Torah Constitutional Republic of Tribes\States from the rule of law in Goyim countries and civilizations. טוב

What distinguishes between 8th day Shemini atzeret in Israel with Simchat Torah on the 9th day in g’lut? According to the Gemara, Shemine atzeret qualifies as a Chag in its own right. Therefore this one day Chag compares to Chag Shevuoth. Just as Chag Shevuoth, like Chag Pesach and Chag Sukkot, has 6 days to offer the Musof Amida for the Chag if you did not say it the 1st day, so too Chag Shevuoth. Therefore just as this rule of the Chag applies equally with Chag Shevuoth, so too it likewise applies to Chag Shemini atzeret.

This rule does not apply to Simchat Torah, Chag aliyat to the Torah רמז: to the land of Israel. Yom Ha’atzmaut learns from Simchat Torah. Just as on Simchat Torah we say the full Hallel and do not daven Tahanun, so too and how much more so, we likewise do the same on Yom Ha’atzmaut – a very very special and important day in the history of the Jewish people!

The Gemara (Pesachim 117a) states: “The prophets instituted the recitation of Hallel at various times of the year and whenever Jews are redeemed from dire straits.” Rashi (s.v.Ve’al) adds that Chanukah serves as an important precedent for reciting Hallel to rejoice comparable to the redemption from Egyptian slavery. The Meiri (Pesachim 117a) writes that if a miracle happens to an individual or to a community of Jews, then that community may establish the day of redemption as a day for reciting Hallel without a Beracha. Only if the miracle occurred to all Jews, such as Chanukah, may we recite Hallel with a Beracha.

Yom Ha’atzmaut clearly qualifies as a Chag similar to Purim, where 5 Arab armies invaded the newly declared Jewish State with the intent to complete the Nazi Shoah and throw the Jews of ארץ ישראל into the Sea. The same equally applies to the 2nd War of Israeli Independence, the 6 Day War, where Nasser declared his intent to accomplish what the Arabs failed in achieve in 1948! Commemorating the astonishing and outstanding Victory of ’67, to merits saying the full Hallel!

Some argue that the restoration of the Bait Hamikdash constitutes redemption for the entire Jewish nation, but that restoration of Jewish sovereignty over a portion of Eretz Yisrael redeems only the Jews who reside in Eretz Yisrael. Utter narishkeit and complete drivel. King Shlomo failed to heed the council given by the prophet Natan … HaShem never commanded any Prince to build Him a House of Cedar. King Shlomo failed to weigh the last commandment which Moshe Rabbenu established as his Last Will and Testament to all generations of Israel … building the Cities of Refuge in order to establish the Federal small and Great Sanhedrin lateral Court system within the Republic of Tribes\States.

Restoration of the Federal lateral Courtrooms legal system takes priority of importance over building a never commanded House of Cedar unto HaShem. Reestablishment of the Written Torah as the Constitution of the Chosen Cohen Republic does not negate the pre-existing rule of law established by the Knesset Parliament currently governing the Jewish State. Reestablishment of the Written Torah as the Constitution of the Jewish State in no shape, manner, or form qualifies as a revolution against the State established by secular Jewry in 1948. The rule of law role of the Federal Sanhedrin lateral common law courts, they functions through ‘legislative review’ of all laws passed by the Knesset or any other Tribal\State legislation within the Republic.

The penal system common among Goyim nations, applies primarily for Goyim temporarily residing within the borders of the Jewish State. Public correction of bnai brit prisoners convicted of crimes, by the Torah rule of law, centers upon imposing lashes and compensation fines rather than building prisons to house prisoners. The rule of law within the Torah Constitutional society seeks to build respect among and between bnai brit allies, who view others among our People as strangers. Justice can not prevail within the oath sworn lands if our people lack the Will to discern between an unknown bnai brit Israel, from an unknown Goy alien stranger. The Torah specifically limits the number of lashes imposed upon a convicted bnai brit criminal, to emphasize the obligation among all bnai brit in a Torah Constitutional Republic, to respect the dignity of our people. Justice stands upon this יסוד, the Torah obligation to respect the dignity of our brit\allied People – who comprise the chosen Cohen nation.

The k’vanna and purpose of Chag Sukkot. טוב

Chag Sukkot serves to sanctify postive time oriented commandments. This closing re’gel learns from tallit. The mitzva of tallit – forming a tent by means of this 4 cornered garment, which therein houses, all the תרי”ג commandments. If a Jew lives in a community which has no eruv. That Jew can place the four species in the sukkah and even on shabbot make a wave offering dedication of these four species! The four species learn from the four questions asked during the Seder night of Pesach. As tallit raises positive and negative commandments, which require no k’vanna, unto positive time oriented commandments, which do require k’vanna. So too and in similar vein the private domain of sukka – day or night – it makes an aliya of the Baal Shem Tov, meaning ‘Fear of Heaven’. The time of day does not define the required k’vanna of any positive time oriented commandment.

The Rif held that ‘fear of heaven’ most essentially defines the k’vanna of any positive time oriented commandment; he held, for example, that if a person deposited a shofer before his Beit Din, that that Jew could come before his Court and blow the Shofer on the Shabbot! Making a wave offering dedication of the 4 species most essentially requires Baal Shem Tov\fear of heaven/ as the most important k’vanna a person MUST have at the moment of sanctifying the commandment to wave the 4 species before HaShem. The reputation and good name of a person, it can evaporate like the morning dew, through any stupid, rash decision made in an emotional moment. Our walk before HaShem, which the 4 species metaphorically represent, they, so to speak, expose where we stand at any particular moment in time?

Do we continually strive to do t’shuva upon both our Ya’tzirot within our heart? Or do we become oblivious to the fire that continuously burns concealed within our being? The binding of the 4 species, the k’vanna of this mitzva, centers upon development of our awareness of emotional conflicts which continually erupt from within our hearts. The Yatzir within us compares to a hungry tiger concealed within the morass of jungle foliage – just waiting to pounce and transform or Good Name unto tuma trief!

In our walk before HaShem throughout the coming year, the stability of our internal emotional awareness compares to that of a temporary Sukka. The wave offering of the 4 species weighs, it represents the instability of our emotional awareness starkly contrasted by our long term appreciation, joy, and thankfulness that HaShem transforms past, present, and future behaviorial maturity, comparable to the Sukka schach, tohor middot they transform rote positive and negative religious commandments unto positive time oriented commandments.

Fear of Heaven arouses our Will to dedicate tohor middot, as our Yatzir Ha’Tov t’shuva dedication to HaShem. When the claws and fangs of our predatory Yatzir Ha’Ra pounces upon us, throughout the coming New Year, the tohor dedicated middot burning within our hearts, this Yatzir Ha’Tov, it protects and shields our Good Name. At the moment of that Heavenly test of our faith, HaShem remembers Avraham and Yitzak at the Akada!

Hallel defines the k’vanna of saying the פסוקי דזמרה throughout the year. Saying Hallel with genuine joy, it defines the purpose and reason for saying the פסוקי דזמרה throughout the daily da’avening throughout the coming New Year. The essential k’vanna of the kabbala of מעשה בראשית it defines the indispensable substance which the unique relationship between the Hallel to the פסוקי דזמרה most essentially share. The blessing of made, which raises פסוקי דזמרה from a collection of Tehillem praises, to that of making a Torah brit oath, the enthusiasm and genuine pleasure we feel when we say Hallel during Chag Sukkot. Herein explains why Chag Sukkot qualifies as the time of our joy.

Rainfall in a parched desert land, causes the hearts of farmers to exalt before their Creator. Chag Sukkot expresses the awareness of the chosen Cohen nation, and our great need for rain. What separates the oath sworn lands from all other countries and civilizations, the Cohen nation, our political and social stability as a people, hinges upon rainfall from the heavens in their required times and seasons. The metaphor of our absolute dependence upon rain, this mussar expresses our deepest needs, required upon all Cohen bnai brit, in all generations, for us to build a Good Name in our daily walk before HaShem. Buiding a Good Name and reputation has infinitely greater holiness than building a House of Cedar unto HaShem. Herein defines the purpose and meaning of life on this earth.

      1. The Purpose of Writing this blog. To some degree bases itself upon the book: Six Days of War, by Michael B. Oren. P.2: While it may be useless to try to pinpoint the cause or causes of the Middle East war of 1967, one can describe the context in which that war became possible. Much like the hypothetical butterfly that, flapping its wings, gives rise to currents that eventually generate a storm, so, too, might small, seemingly insignificant events spark processes leading ultimately to cataclysm.

View myself as a totally insignificant butterfly of a person. But this tiny, mostly ignored blog, hopes to spark public criticism of Reshonim scholarship decisions made and expressed through their commentaries written on the Talmud and T’NaCH literature. Yeshiva Orthodox education forbids criticism of these early secondary sources. This decision, it seems to me — just plain wrong. The current cat-fights within the Israeli Knesset, I bring as primary evidence that leadership decisions inspire open and critical debates.

Any study of rabbinic scholarship, especially during the Middle Ages prior to Napoleon liberating our People from the war criminal ghetto gulags, merits criticism and close scrutiny. It takes two hands to clap. Despite the lack of physical evidence which supports this thesis, my gut tells me that church leadership alone in the 16th Century, could never have succeeded in implementing ghetto gulags, spread across Europe and Russia, without the support of Kapo like Jews – modeled after Max Naumann (12 January 1875 – May 1939), founder of Verband nationaldeutscher Juden. This disgrace for a human being compares to the likes of Benedict Arnold, John Amery, Harold Cole, Vidkun Quisling, Philippe Pétain etc., criminals who supported the Nazis, and assisted in the war against the Jews of Europe.

The introduction of political Zionism late in the 19th Century, it serves as an example of the butterfly effect, which so aroused nationalism and international wars that followed thereafter. Rabbinic Orthodoxy’s reaction to Zionism so contrasts with their total failure to denounce and destroy the Ari false gnostic kabbala\forbidden additions to the sealed Jewish masoret. This radical mystic kabbala perverted the classic מעשה בראשית masoret, as expressed through the Siddur; it opened the gates of tuma which history refers to as the false messiah heresies. That gnostic kabbala butterfly effect produced, so to speak, a unique social chaos chain reaction which culminated in the Cossack pogroms of 1648.

A study of history entails much more than people, dates, and places. Before the Peace of Westphalia (1648), the numerous German principalities under the Holy Roman Empire restricted and limited their autonomy; these principalities could not conduct foreign affairs that resulted mutual treaties with other countries or empires. The removal of these legal restrictions effectively transformed these German principalities into Independent States.

According to Frank Chiang, The One-China Policy: State, Sovereignty, and Taiwan’s International Legal Status, 2018. Modern States share some four common features: (1) the people; (2) a territory in which the people inhabit; (3) a ruler—a king or a sovereign prince—who bears sovereignty; and (4) the capability to engage in relations with other States. It seems to me, that European hostile rhetoric propaganda seeks to subvert the Jewish State; by shoving these four rules, magically concealed through false but repeated declarations of “International Law”, which intend to turn Samaria and Eastern Jerusalem into a kind of “Foie Gras”! As if Israel exists as a domesticated goose under the authority of the EU, Russia, and UN.

Arab refugees populations, captured as a consequence of the victory of the 2nd Israeli War of Independence, have no rights. The moral outrage expressed by European Capitals completely ignores the treatment Jews received under European rule for over 2000 years, which terminated in the Shoah\Final Solution. European Capital lost their First among equals, first world status – following their defeat in WW ll. Israel does not recognize the right of any European government to sit as a permanent member on the UN Security Council. Both London and Paris merit no respect, they both aided the Nazi war effort to exterminate the Jews of Europe.

These dethroned and defrocked ‘Great Powers’, the moral cowardice of their leaders, openly encouraged the lessor States of Europe to follow suit. The same holds true with the Reshonim scholarship on the Talmud following the Rambam Civil War. The same chain of consequences resulted in the Yankee war of aggression against the South. The Yankee victors replaced a Constitutional Republic of States, with a corrupt democracy.

This post Civil War democracy, continually expands the voting franchise unto individuals not politically educated, and who have little or no stake in the political decisions, that these ‘democratically elected leaders’ effect upon the lives of the People; lobbies have replaced Governors and State Legislatures as the dominating influence over the Federal Congress persons and Senators. Lobbies write the Bills which bribed Congressmen and Senators present to Congress. Herein defines the corruption of Washington which ultimately define American law.

The Rambam Civil War produced a similar corrosive deterioration upon the scholarship of both the Talmud and T’NaCH. Rabbinic leadership thereafter gave but mere lip service to the contrasting kabbala masoret of פרדס ומעשה בראשית as did the post Civil War Yankee governments in Washington honor and respect States Rights. Yeshiva educated, and how much more so, the common man on the street, neither Jew has the slightest idea how the kabbala of מעשה בראשית defines the k’vanna required to da’aven through the Siddur; the mitzvot of kiddushin and get\agunah and all positive time oriented commandments דאורייתא ודרבנן.

Rabbinic Judaism does not strive to define tohor, contrasted by tuma, middot. Despite the fact that the Gemara of ברכות emphatically teaches that tefillot function in the stead of korbanot. Today the rote ritual of da’avening tefilla duplicates the offering of a barbeque unto Heaven, whereby king Shaul defied the commandment of the prophet Shmuel, and profaned his anointing as the Moshiach. King Shaul effectively turned the Moshiach blessing, into a Torah curse; just as when the people who originally asked the prophet Shmuel for a king; and rain, during the dry season, immediately thereafter fell!

In 1948 and 1967 secular Jewry secured victory for the Jewish people by winning our two wars of Independence. A tremendous accomplishment. But the continued home rule of the Jewish people upon these lands, based upon the Torah as our Constitutional masoret, requires from all generations of Jews thereafter, strive to establish: (1) The Torah as the Written Constitution of the Cohen Republic of States. (2) Rebuild the Cities of Refuge, and therein establish the lateral courts of common law; the small and Great Sanhedrin(s) authorized to impose lashes as the defining criminal code of Jewish law as opposed & contrasted by Penitentiary Ghettos which define the western codes of criminal justice. Justice must restore compensation for damages imposed – in a quick and fair manner by the lateral Common Law Courts. (3) Cut a canal which connects the Mediterranean with the Salt Sea; to cause rain to fall upon the Negev and Sahara deserts. The intent, to send the Arab refugee populations, currently temporarily residing within Israel, to farm these now fertile crop producing lands of North Africa. The Torah blessing of causing rain to give life unto barren Wilderness lands, promises to transform Egypt and North African States unto the main trading partners of the Cohen Republic of Israel.

        1. Great exposition giving important facts.

In a certain way, Germany has come out of World War II better than all of the West European countries.
For many it was the best way to solve the “Jewish problem” by having them all to move as soon as possible to the in 1948 created state Israel, without taking in account the Biblical reasons of that nation.

Secular Jews did a lot of things not in accordance with Scriptures and created by doing so a more dangerous situation for all Jews living in the Eastern region.

But for all believers in Hashem there is the hope that everything shall turn out well. We look forward for such blessed times.

          1. Torah spins around the opposing axis of g’lut & geulah. From the story of the expulsion of Adam from Eden, to Noach in his ark, to Avram at the brit cut between the pieces, the g’lut vs geulah defines the most important theme of the chosen Cohen national Republic.

          2. What separates and distinguishes Tefilla from prayer?

Bryan Wagner asks a most excellent question concerning how to pray? His question: “It’s interesting if you are a person who is focused on documents explaining wisdom. I subscribe to Gautama’s reflection that we must be a lamp unto ourselves in seeking what’s truthful. I have a question: Why not sit in silence and ask God directly? Why rely on others knowledge to complete the circle?”

Response made to his direct question:
When all Israel accepted the Torah revelation at Sinai, by which HaShem directly revealed the first 2 Commandments, Israel – the entire nation – feared if they received any more of this revelation of HaShem that they would all die. The entire nation demanded from Moshe the prophet to ascend Sinai and receive the rest of the commandments. Prophets serve as the primary medium by which HaShem speaks to bnai brit Israel.

At the time of the golden calf, Israel received and accepted only the first 2 commandments at Sinai. The 2 tablets represent the 2 commandments accepted and received by Israel. Because all Israel assumed that they would soon die, by extension Moshe who ascended Sinai – after 40 days and nights – he too must have died. An inaccurate assumption which the men of Israel made. Therefore the people presented Aaron with a problem: “Moshe is dead, who will teach us the rest of the Torah”?

Moshe returned, broke the 2 tablets, and once again neither eat or drank for another 40 days. On Yom Kippur\the Day of Atonement/HaShem revealed the Oral Torah logic format which permitted Moshe to interpret 611 commandments as precedents by which to understand the k’vanna of the opening first two commandments revealed at Sinai.

The sages in the Talmud, they employ the same exact Oral Torah logic format wherein the Sanhedrin Courts ruled thousands upon thousands of judicial legal rulings/halachot. To what does this Sanhedrin judicial process compare? The British Parliament. England unlike the United States and the 1st Commonwealth Republic of Israel in the days of the prophet Yehoshua, England has no Written Constitution. The Written Torah functions as the written Constitution of the Israelite Republic of Tribes.

The legalism of British Courts differs from that of American Courts. Britain has no Written Constitution. Every law passed by Parliament – these laws define the Constitution of Great Britain. As a consequence … no British Court has the authority to declare a law passed by Parliament as “Un-Constitutional”. The US by contrast has a written Constitution. Therefore American courts can declare laws passed by Congress and the Executive Branch of the Federal Government as “Un-Constitutional”.

The 5th Book of the Torah – D’varim, goes by a 2nd name. Mishna Torah, the 2nd name of the Book of D’varim. Mishna Torah means ”repeat the din/law”. What does the concept of repetition of the law mean? In a word, the legal term: “legislative review”. The Sanhedrin Federal Courts (6 small Sanhedrin Federal Courts in the 6 cities of refuge), possess the Constitutional power\authority to not only declare a law passed by the government authorities within each and every tribe\State within the larger Republic as “Un-Constitutional” – like as can the American courts. But this legal concept of “legislative review”, learned from the Book of D’varim, means that the Federal Sanhedrin courts possess the Constitutional mandate to rewrite Un-Constitutional laws, such that these rewritten laws comply with the intent of the Framers of the Written Constitution and impose these Sanhedrin Court re-written laws as the laws of the land.

Private individuals can contemplate upon the Torah … but Governments have the obligation to rule the land and people.

Bryan Wagner1d ago I understand, but that leaves my question unanswered. Why not speak to God directly?

mosckerr Who speaks directly unto HaShem, (as opposed to God{s})? Monotheism violates the 2nd Torah commandment at Sinai. Answer: Prophets da’aven directly to HaShem. How do prophets da’aven directly to HaShem? This question definitively proves the Jesus son of Zeus as a counterfeit fraud.

According to the Yerushalmi Talmud, over 247 “prophets”, occupied their resources, wisdom, and knowledge of speaking directly to HaShem as opposed to the “Father of the Gods”, as Jesus addressed and spoke directly unto Zeus. The prayers of Jesus – they too violated the 2nd Commandment of Sinai. This most basic fundamental distinction the opening Mishna of Gittin, teaches that Jews of g’lut lost the knowledge of how to do mitzvot לשמה\in the Name.

The primary mussar which all prophets command – how to da’aven directly to HaShem… da’avening takes precedent priority over offering sacrifices. The T’NaCH refers to this House as the house of tefilla and not as the house of sacrifices. None the less, korbanot dedications, they teach a central משל\נמשל definition of blessings. (Oral Torah logic stands upon the יסוד\foundation of making דיוקים\logical inferences). The prophet Ya’acov swore an eternal oath to his father Yitzak, that he would command the eternal chosen Cohen seed of Avraham to bless HaShem directly. Herein defines the definition of da’avening. According to the oath sworn by Avram, HaShem judges the contending Yatzirot within bnai brit Hearts. The Name of HaShem lives within our hearts, and not in Heaven, by the terms of the oaths mutually sworn at the brit between the pieces.

How to da’aven, a kabbala tradition that predated Avraham da’avening directly to HaShem to open the closed wombs of all the women of the kingdom of Avi-melech. (The king to took Sara for a wife, based upon the assumption that her relationship with Avraham, a brother\sister family connection). Rabbi Yochanon, in the Gemara of ברכות, teaches that to bless HaShem, meaning to “swear” a blessing – as opposed to “say” a praise, like for example saying Tehilem\Psalms – – – a blessing most essentially requires שם ומלכות. Jesus son of Zeus, when asked to teach his disciples how to pray, totally ignorant of this ancient kabbala – known as מעשה בראשית .

שבאו בניו מבית המשתה ואמרו לו לא קרינו את שמע” (משנה, מסכת ברכות – פרק א, משנה א)

It happened that came his children/students to a wedding. (When occupied in a mitzva, a person enjoys exemption from doing other mitzvot.) They said to him, we did not (yet) da’aven kre’a shma. (First Mishna of Blessings/ברכות).

The mitzva of kre’a shma – defines how the Torah understands – love of HaShem. The mitzva of kre’a shma: acceptance of responsibility for the blessings and curses of the Torah revelation of Sinai and Horev. Moshe the prophet commanded a strong mussar, his last Will and Testament, on the last day of his life on this earth. D’varim 30:19 [https://biblehub.com/deuteronomy/30-19.htm].

Jesus son of Zeus (1) totally ignorant of the kabbala which separates and distinguishes itself from repeating Tehillem\Psalms. Tehillem do not qualify as swearing a Torah blessing because Tehillem lack שם ומלכות. The term “kingship\מלכות” refers to the dedication of tohor middot, such that the “king” fights the wars in the heart between the opposing Yitzirot. The prayer which Jesus son of Zeus taught to his disciples, upon their specific request, had no knowledge of the kabbala commanded and taught by the prophets of Israel, even before Yehoshua caused the nation of Israel to invade and conquer the kingdoms of Canaan. (2) That imaginary man/mythical person, who according to the Gospels amazed Torah scholars touching his Torah knowledge – even as a youth, never learned the two most basic and fundamental kabbalot/traditions (The T’NaCH has the name kabbala) of [1] מעשה בראשית and [2] פרדס.

The organization of the Jewish Siddur\book of da’avening (tefilla different from non Jewish prayer), spins around the central axis of the kabbala of מעשה בראשית. Jesus son of Zeus had absolutely know knowledge of this ancient kabbala, learned from hundreds of prophets. So much for “fulfilling the words of the prophets”, an empty and totally vain and repeated New Testament boast! A person lives mussar in his life walk before HaShem. A person never “fulfills” mussar in his life walk before HaShem. Neither the sermon on the mount nor the violent attack in the Temple where merchants offered animals for sacrifice for sale, stand upon Torah commandments.

The Torah commands 3 re’gal’im, comparable to making the Hajj to Mecca. If a person travels to Jerusalem on a regal, (Pesach, Shevuoth, & Sukkot), if his first fruits offerings will become damaged, due to the length of the journey to Jerusalem, the Torah commands an alternative 2nd tithe. That person can convert his first fruits tithes into money and when he makes aliya to Jerusalem, he then uses that money to buy offerings, to dedicate upon the alter on Zion. The Talmud asks a pertinent question: “Whom does the Torah exempt from the obligation to make the re’gel?” Answer: a person who lives outside of the “Old City” walls of Jerusalem.

Jesus violently condemned merchants in Jerusalem selling animals for sacrifice. His unexpected force, in context compares to what happened to Moshe, when he expressed his anger and frustration against Israel at the stone which he later struck with anger. Moshe’s actions – the Torah – HaShem directly condemned. HaShem directly spoke to Moshe a simple command. That he, (Aaron and Miriam would die, together with the entire cursed generation who believed the slander made by the spies sent to search out the land), in g’lut\exile. The Talmud compares intense expressions of anger, directly to the worship of other Gods – a direct violation of the 2nd Commandment of Sinai.

The Jesus prayer has no knowledge what distinguishes between “swearing a blessing” from “saying a praise”. As mentioned above, rabbi Yochanon taught the accepted halachic tradition, as taught by the prophets. Swearing a blessing requires שם ומלכות. The New Testament bible never once includes שם\the 1st Commandment Name revealed at Sinai; likewise that forgery has absolutely no knowledge of מלכות\kingship — the dedication as holy to HaShem of middot דאורייתא ודרבנן\tohor attributes from the Torah and rabbis.

This total and complete ignorance of the revelation of middot revelation of the Oral Torah at Horev – 40 days after the sin of the golden calf – definitively proves that the ancient kabbala known as מעשה בראשית – Jesus son of Zeus had never learned. That imaginary mythical man had absolutely zero knowledge of how the sages organized the Siddur, the Jewish book of da’avening. He lacked basic Torah education which teaches the exact prophetic traditions which define the k’vanna of tefilla — the t’shuva dedication of remembering social interactions made by both the Yatzir HaTov and the Yatzir HaRah.

This foreign alien non Jewish, wolf dressed in sheep clothing, had no knowledge that tefilla dedicates directly to HaShem “tohor middot”, as derived from prophetic mussar instruction, as learned from T’NaCH primary sources. (In the days of Ezra, the sages sealed the masoret\traditions of the T’NaCH). The dedication of “tohor middot”, a direct kabbala commanded by over 247 prophets! This T’NaCH based kabbala – known as מעשה בראשית – Jesus son of Zeus never learned, and did not know.

It goes without saying that the Gospels has no education in the kabbala tradition known as פרדס. All the hundreds of rabbis in the Talmud obeyed this kabbala of the Oral Torah revelation of Horev. The chag of Hanukkah dedicates the lights of that 8 branch menorah. Specifically the sacred dedication to only interpreting the Written Torah by means of relying only upon the Oral Torah logic system format, as the eternal t’shuva of Israel for the sin of the golden calf, which HaShem revealed to Moshe on Horev as the most essential and defining character of the revelation of the Torah at Sinai. The sealing of T’NaCH literature and Hanukkah predates the imaginary birth & life of Jesus. That imaginary mythical false messiah had no knowledge of the foundations upon which stands all Yiddishkeit!

              1. Google Scholar: ACTUALIZATION AND INTERPRETATION IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. Meaning, the rabid racism of messiah theology and its total negation of all heresy otherwise.
GROVES, JOSEPH WHITE.Yale University. ProQuest Dissertations Publishing, 1979. 7926245.

[[[“””Wilhelm Vischer and Hans Hellbart do not merely separate the historical and the theological, but virtually eliminate the role of historical investigation by advocating Christological exegesis. In essence their approach is a return to a pre-critical Reformation theology which views the Old and New Testaments as a unified structure. The element which creates this unity is the pervading presence of the Messiah. The New Testament interprets the Old as Messianic prophecy and this interpretation is confirmed by a study of the Old Testament as a whole. Indeed, the true nature of the Old Testament is apparently only when one recognizes the pre-existence of Christ as the head of the Old Testament church. Consequently, both the unity of the Bible and the cause of that unity are beyond the scope of historical investigation, which can only end in confusion and uncertainty. One must approach the Old Testament through theological affirmation.”””]]].

The divorce by alien Goyim Europeans of Jewish Common law formats exposes the extreme prejudice of Christological exegesis, which defines the theology expressed through the bloody period known as the Reformation. Goyim theological insanity limits the “Old Testament” as faith prior to JeZeus. Later attempts by Xtain “scholars” in the 19th Century and there after, their critical examination of the historicity of Biblical texts makes a total dissolution of Jewish cultures and customs which produced Talmudic Common Law together with its Midrashic interpretations made upon Aggaditah – the understanding of prophetic mussar NaCH Common Law! The prejudice and racial dishonesty of these arrogant aliens and utterly foreign “scholars”, merits nothing short of complete and total contempt.

The underlying racism expressed by these “scholars”, it directly compares to the European mass murder of black slaves, the oppression and genocide of the Jewish and Roma minorities in Europe during the 20th Century. Notions of a Nazi superior race did not just pop into the minds of European barbarians, comparable to “Gee I could have had a V-8”. Xtian barbaric theology pre-programmed the European mind to simply assume that white Europeans had a destiny mandate to rule the inferior dark skinned races of the earth. Comparable to the American “Manifest Destiny” which justified the genocide of the Indian natives. No European Court has ever convicted Church Priests and Pastors for their guilt of promoting mass hysteria & war crimes.

To expect justice from European Courts, pigs would sooner dance the Polka! The Jewish State of Israel must strive to develop an economic alliance with the States of the Middle East and North Africa, which excludes all European political influence among and within this trading block alliance. Something like as happened between the NATO and Warsaw Pact opposing alliances which prevailed throughout the period of the Cold War. The States of the Warsaw Pact rejected all economic aid, which the Marshal Plan employed as a carrot to justify the US military occupation of Western European countries. France rejected membership in NATO in 1966, in order to foist the lie that France ruled Europe as a Great Power.

This French deception alone merits why the Jewish State must reject French UN Resolution 242, and all similar UN attempts to determine the international borders and Capital City of the Jewish State; its membership within the States of the Middle East and North Africa. Building a stable trade route which connects Algeria with Egypt, represents a key strategic objective of the Jewish State. To establish major trading centers along this route require Climate Change – a policy that causes the Desert to bloom.

Israeli education of Arab stateless refugee populations needs to change its focus. Much like Kennedy’s Moon race program switched education priorities from the Humanities to the Sciences. Arab stateless refugee populations within Israel, require a narrow focus upon Agricultural expertise and experience. North African States, once the Desert blooms, Israel should export the agricultural expertise of Arab stateless refugees to develop and farm the North African Sahara grass lands by having these exported Arabs, to plant trees upon all the hills across North Africa and Egypt.

The rapid deforestation of the rain forests in the Brazilian Amazon and South America, requires a massive counter-response. Something like the Ottoman Turks expressed their sincere thanks to monarchy of Spain: for the Spanish Inquisition, together with the forced expulsion of Jewish refugee populations from that barbaric kingdom of primitive sub-humans.

[[[“””This method, called pneumatic exegesis, harkens back to the work of J.C.K. von Hofmann in the nineteenth century. While these scholars recognize both the validity and the value of the historical-critical method, they regard it as an inadequate basis for theological interpretation. They attempt to connect the two by proposing that the Old Testament has a real history, which may be discovered to a great extent by historical inquiry, but which is given theological import through selective and specialized interpretation. This specialized exegesis centers upon a view of Old Testament history as Heilsgeschichte (an interpretation of history emphasizing God’s saving acts and viewing Jesus Christ as central in redemption Love words), in which the events have a typological significance that reveals Christ as the consummation of the entire Biblical message. This spiritual element is not present or is not easily elucidated for many portions of the Old Testament, so the interpreter must select those passages most easily conducive to pneumatic exegesis for special emphasis. Thus, Procksch’s method leads to the devaluation of some parts of the Old Testament and the enhancement of others by his varied and peculiar combinations of the historical-critical method and spiritual emphasis.”””]]]

The Pauline precedent imposed a ירידות הדורות upon all generations of Goyim, swayed by this narishkeit nonsense which declares the Law of Moses as invalid and lacking spiritual authority over Goyim. William Tyndale, a famous Bibilical reformer, declared his understanding of Mosaic Law, the nature of man and Paul’s doctrine of sin and righteousness. Tyndale declared: “We are sinners not because we break the law; we break the law because we are sinners.” As the Xtian prejudice term “Old Testament” invalidates the authority of the T’NaCH, so too Paul’s doctrine of ‘Original sin’ by Adam, it invalidated the T’NaCH priority emphasis — to rule the oath sworn lands with justice.

Making the guilt association of Sin the dominant theme of Xtian spirituality, resulted in oppression and anarchy which dominated barbaric European societies for kilo-years! The rule of law, or lack thereof; it imposes the stamp of Order and Society, contrasted by Feudalism and anarchy, upon all European Civilizations. A society whose courts of law define State corruption and misrule, like as expressed by the Cheney\Bush criminals who illegally invaded foreign countries and conducted torture of abducted and captured prisoners, exposes the US as a society suffering from an advanced state of social anarchy and decay. Advanced technology serves only as a concealment cover for this sorry state of internal domestic affairs. Wherein citizens, as a matter of routine, make mass murder of other US citizens without reason or cause.

              2. Why the Hebrew Canon excludes the Alexandrian books of Apocrypha?

The most simple explanation … the T’NaCH Canon exists as the first Common Law Codification of Jewish lateral common law. The Books of Apocrypha do not exist or qualify as Jewish Common Law; the framers of these books, they had no intention to employ their study as a reference unto learning the prophetic mussar commandments within the T’NaCH.

The absurd alien distinction made by foreign Goyim “scholars” which separates and distinguishes “inspired by God” as opposed to “written by Men”, this false\perverse distinction it has confused and corrupted humanity ever since the Biblical translators perverted and distorted the T’NaCH with their unilateral decision to replace T’NaCH sugiot with chapters and verses. Once the Xtian bible perversions uprooted the Order of sugiot\sub chapters/, it became impossible to learn the T’NaCH literature by way of precedents … the comparison of sugiot with other similar sugiot – the comparison of sugiot sharing the same exact order of middot.

The destruction of the Order of sugiot within the Books of the T’NaCH caused the immediate cessation of learning this first code of Jewish Common law, the T’NaCH, by way of middot precedents. The 13 tohor middot
שמות לד:ו … ויעבור ה’ על פניו ויקרא ה’ ה’ אל רחום וחנון ארך אפים ורב חסד ואמת, נוצר חסד לאלפים נושא עון ופשע וחטאה ונקה

They serve as the basis whereby T’NaCH common law scholars compare different sugiot within the T’NaCH literature, based upon a comparison of middot. Rabbi Akiva’s ‘chariot mysticism’, otherwise known as פרדס — פשט, רמז, דרוש, וסוד, this system – it – serves as the most authoritative explanation of the 13 middot logic format, which Moshe the prophet heard directly from HaShem on Yom Kippur, 40 days after Aaron translated the revealed רוח הקודש Name (the 1st Commandment of Sinai) unto the word אלהים. Words – by definition do not and can not exist as רוח הקודש. Moshe interpreted 611 Commandments through the logic of the 13 middot as his explanation of the k’vanna of the opening first two Commandments which Klall Yishroel accepted @ the revelation of the Torah @ Sinai.

Once Goyim authorities enforced their Chapters\verses biblical perversions upon g’lut Jewish refugee populations, Jews soon lost the knowledge that the Books of the T’NaCH, this Canon, existed as the first codification of Jewish Common Law. By the time of the Reshonim scholars (approximately 950 – 1400 CE), the knowledge of how to learn Aggaditah and Midrashim had become “extinct”. The Gaonim scholars (600 – 950 CE), they failed to effectively transmit how to learn and study Aggaditah\Midrashim. This ancient kabbalah, secretly passed down word of mouth from a rabbi to a single talmid\student. This kabbalah rabbi Aaron Nemuraskii taught to me, but not to his sons.

Have previously attempted to give an explanation to this rather “odd” behavior. Simply stated, Jewish communities in g’lut – they had lost, even during the life time of Rabbi Yechudah Ha’Nasi, the wisdom of how to do mitzvot לשמה. The repetition of the Name of HaShem in the 13 middot, comes to teach that these tohor middot they serve as “pronouns” of the רוח הקודש Name of HaShem. When a person stands in tefillah, he blows the Spirit Name with the k’vanna of calling upon a specific tohor middah within his heart. Herein explains tefillah as ‘a duty of the heart’. Alas assimilated g’lut Jewry, their sh’ittot of learning had duplicated, in some ways, the Catholic method known as dogmatism. Rabbi Aaron did not risk teaching his sons the hidden kabbalah lest they become social pariahs within the community of Meah Shearim Jerusalem. As a relatively young bochur looking for a shidduch, because i interlaced my fingers while in a home in Meah Shearim, the Yidden their viewed me with extreme suspicion.

The Talmud common law codification compares to the beauty of a Persian Rug. The Halachah\Aggaditah relationship resembles the warp\weft of a loom. The scholarship of Halachah – it makes a search study of halachot precedents by which to understand any given Case\Rule Mishnah. The scholarship of Aggaditah\Midrashim – they make a search study of T’NaCH sugiot “precedents” to understand how prophetic mussar understands that same Case\Rule Mishnah. This sh’itta\method of learning defines how the Framers of the Talmud intended all generations thereafter to learn the k’vanna of the T’NaCH and Talmud. And how this and that together define the k’vanna of a specific blessing within the language of the Shemone Esrei tefillah. According to the Yerushalmi, over 247 prophets occupied their energies to write the Shemone Esrei kabbalah of how to da’aven to HaShem within our hearts.

The Xtian perversion of their biblical translations, combined with the racial prejudice by which Goyim mistreated Jewish refugee populations, the combination of these actions, they produced a profound ירידות הדורות destruction of Torah learning and\or spirituality among my people. G’lut Jewry ceased doing mitzvot לשמה – the opening Commandment of the revelation of the Torah @ Sinai. Herein explains why Reshonim scholarship, its g’lut assimilated scholarship, why it failed to inspire my people to return and do t’shuvah.

Why g’lut Jewish refugee populations, lead by our rabbinic leaders, we assimilated in mass; when the Muslims rediscovered the ancient Greek philosophical writings following the invasion of Spain. Assimilation, Jews who embrace the cultures and customs of Goyim who never accepted the revelation of the Torah @ Sinai & Horev; Jews who abandon the chosen Cohen oath brit obligation, to dedicate our service to HaShem, by and through the sanctification of tohor middot. Neither Ismael nor Esau … \Muslims nor Xtians/ … ever accepted the revelation of the Torah @ Sinai & Horev. Jewish assimilation to the cultures and customs practiced by the peoples of these societies and civilizations – we worship avodah zarah; a direct violation of the 2nd Commandment of the revelation of the Torah @ Sinai. Herein a quick summation of my long pondered response to the Jewish Holocaust survivor who confronted me when I began to explore my Judaism @ Texas A&M … “I was in Auschwitz, where was G-d?”
