In the 2nd part of chapter 4 we are given some names of the offspring of Kayin up to the 7th generation descended from Adham.
We find Kayin pleading with God in the hope to receive a less hard punishment or protection so that he would not be killed out of revenge.

In the story of Kayin and Hevel we come to hear to what jealousy and envy can lead.
Bereshith 4 shows us what can go wrong when we have no good intentions and when our heart is not pure and honest in our actions.
What if the man might take the fruit from the tree of life, would eat that fruit and will live forever?

Man should know that every writing inspired by the Most High Elohim Hashem Jehovah is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction which is in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work and may find the Way to God and to the small gate of the Kingdom of God.
in this world where not many are interested in God it is better that we make sure more people come to know that it is best to get to know what is written in those very old writings which form the Bible.
