Divine revelation mediated by Moshe and other selected people
To the world Words were given, notated by Moshe and his offspring, which are useful for us today, like they were useful in the past and shall be in the future; to to pay attention to, to listen to what Adonai the Most High Elohim says and to obey His mitzvot and laws, so that we shall be able to bear the right fruits and shall be able to live with the hope of His promises.
Moshe Rabbenu and Torat Moshe
Willing to communicate with mankind the Elohim giving them His Torah shot his arrows at mankind [y-r-h, "to shoot (an arrow),"] and gave them a first teacher or instructor of God's Laws, hence also often called Torat Moshe. Moshe not writing down a Fable or Fairy tale, but bringing a real life story of man or history of the peoples in an easy way to remember.

Created in the image of God has every human being some elements or characteristics of the Elohim and has each individual the task to try to get all their characteristics in line with those of the Most High.
When found the necessary books to read and how to read them
The Bible is not only the best sold book in the world, it is also the book which gives the best advice, but that is something man does not like to accept from Some One or Some Thing he cannot see or touch, though if man would be willing enough to hear and feel, he could feel the presence of the Most High and feel His Guidance. Until today lots of people have been rebellious against God and it is that rebellion which made it so difficult for mankind. When more people would follow the teachings of the Holy Scriptures we would have a much better world.
Best to read and study the Bible
in this world where not many are interested in God it is better that we make sure more people come to know that it is best to get to know what is written in those very old writings which form the Bible.
